Mas des eaux vives is a renovation project located in Eygalières; the old authentic elements have been preserved in the house. The house was completely stripped, the roof and walls insulated, all the windows and shutters replaced, and all technical equipment (heating, cooling and home automation) were renewed. The ground floor of this house has a living room with dining room and sitting area, a large open kitchen, a winter lounge with gas fireplace, a spacious master bedroom with dressing and large bathroom (balneo, shower, bathroom furniture, toilet) and an entrance with a beautiful old stone staircase.

The first floor has an open space furnished as a TV room, four bedrooms, each with a bathroom and shower room, an office, and a spacious laundry room with storage space. The fully-landscaped garden has an infinity pool, a covered terrace with barbecue, and a petanque court. The house faces south, is very quiet and offers a view of the Alpilles.
